Keith trained with firms in London and Nottingham and spent periods in industrial practice before setting up the firm in 1989. A Chartered Patent Attorney and European Patent Attorney, he advises clients on IP strategy as well as prosecuting patent applications before the UK IPO and the European Patent Office, successfully conducting oral proceedings at the Hague and in Munich.
Thanks to his industrial experience and his Chemical Engineering degree (the course covered elements of mechanical and civil engineering as well as chemistry and chemical engineering), Keith is able to handle patents covering a wide range of technologies and this is helped by his interest in computers and techie things in general.
He is also a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney as well as being a member of Council of the Chartered Institute of Patent Attorneys.
Outside of work, Keith gets involved in DIY projects and enjoys walking and photography.
